MPI
Magnetic particle inspection (MPI) is one of the most widely used non-destructive testing methods for identifying both surface and near-surface cracks on ferromagnetic materials.
LPI
Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI) or Penetrant Testing (PT), is a low-cost inspection method used to locate surface-breaking, casting, forging and welding surface defects such as hairline cracks, surface porosity, leaks, and fatigue cracks on components
EMI
Electromagnetic Inspection (EMI) involves full length scanning of tubes using an inspection head and coil to detect transverse flaws in the material, such as fatigue cracks, corrosion, pits, cuts, gouges, and other damage.
Pipe Refacing
Refacing is a way of repairing damaged seals to help prevent further damage or fluid leak paths to occur in the seal. This can be done on location in the field to help save on trucking costs.
